Need ideas for passion party?

I am looking for a cheap way that i can advertise my business, i do passion parties, i plug my website at ton of free advertising websites, and i get hits but i am not getting any orders or leads, So i don't really know how much they really work those sites, i need ideas of sites that will give me lots of traffic and maybe actually work, I am giving 10% off , but not getting feedback...
