How would the markets be if Europeans or Asians are in charge?

There are plenty of financial markets in Europe and Asia. And they're just as volatile as those in the United States. Actually, to be completely honest.. the markets overseas, especially in Asia are more volatile. They aren't bad markets, but they are far more volatile and jumpy than the U.S.
