How can i get a copy of my tin number?
It should be on your paystubs, or ask your employer. contact the bank that you have your accounts through or the law firm that incorporated you..they should have it on file. There should also be a note in your corporate minutes book that gives you the address to which you applied for your TIN, and you can write and request a copy of it again. 1. If your already employed you can ask your HR for your TIN Number
2. If you have been separated from work ask for form 2316 from your previous employer, your TIN should be encoded on top of that form
3. If you are currently employed and the HR cannot provide for your TIN fill up BIR Form 2305 and file it with the local BIR RDO. Ask for TIN Verification and submit the duly accomplished form, If you already have a TIN they will write it on top of that form if you have none then they will issue you your own TIN.
