Need information on Cashcall?

I am one of the "lucky" recipients of a loan from CashCall. Due to financial issues, I cannot make my payment until 7 days after it is considered "30 days late". I have been having constant phone calls from them, and from what I am told, if I go 30 days late, the consequences are severe. I have spent tonight reading about them. Ripoff report, news articles, google, anything I can find. It appears they operate under shady practices. I also read that as of 8/23, they have ceased lending money as all of their investors have backed out. My questions....If I go past 30 days, what can I expect? What experiences have you had? Can they call everyone I know and use that as leverage as I have read about? Can they legally pursue collection against me? It worries me because I am in the process of clearing up my credit and do not want this to become a huge black mark. Anyone? Advice or stories are very welcome.
