How do you sell something on ebay?
I have an ebay account, but I dont get what you have to do to sell something and how to get people to buy it
Just list it and see! Do some research and see how much similar items have been sold for (search completed items) and then price yours accordingly. Get as much info as possible into the title and take good clear pictures. Describe your item as honestly as possible.
Good luck - its addictive once you get going! It is easy ,it is like selling anything.
If you place an advert in a paper you have to take the time to make it sound interesting.
Go to eBay web sight and all the tools are there.
It is better to supply a photo with your advert, as people can see what they are buying.
Then write an advert explaining what you are selling keep it short but clear.
The next thing is to decide if you are going to just sell at a set price or Auction it.
It will be an advantage if you set up a Papal account as you can have your buyer use this way to pay for goods and you can track your money.
other way direct payment to your bank. eBay is really easy. If you are selling something people want they will come. Just be sure to describe the item well and pictures are always good. If you have an item in mind that is great, if you are looking for items then research is key. Make sure what you want to sell is going to make you a profit. It is also beneficial to sign with paypal to accept payments. Most people prefer it and you could lose bids/money without it. Be sure to check your shipping costs as well. If you over charge people will get really mad, leave neg feedback etc. At the same time the last thing you want to do is undercharge. That will only eat at your profits. eBay has great tutorials right on the site. Read them through. Sometimes they may seem confusing, just re read them. It will all make sense. The first auction is the hardest and after that it's cake. Good luck i don't expect my view could do some help, but i have soemthing to say about the source and title.
1. find a good resource and cut your price as much as you can
2. always try do build a good feedback. credit sellers can price their goods a litter higher
3. fully describe your title, it's desen't matter if same meanling but different words show in the title, to get more chance of findin g by customers
